Information Since 1968 the St. Joe Valley Watercolor Society has sponsored the annual Leeper Park Art Fair, which is held on the third weekend of June. The Leeper Park Art Fair is an invitational, juried art fair that features over 100 artists from the U.S. and Canada, and is ranked in the top 100 Art Fairs in the country.
